Refund & Returns Policy

At Rest-Go, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for all products purchased through our website.

By placing an order on Rest-Go, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1) Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The product includes all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags

  • The request is submitted within the allowed timeframe shown below

Important: For hygiene and health reasons, some items are non-returnable (see Section 4).


2) Return Timeframes

✅ Furniture & Home Appliances

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Mattresses & Bedding Products

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if the product is unopened and unused.


3) Accepted Reasons for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Product is defective or not working properly

  • Wrong product delivered / incorrect size or model

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Product does not match the order


4) Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used:

  • Mattresses after unpacking

  • Pillow covers, sheets, mattress protectors (if opened)

  • Any item that shows signs of use, stains, odor, or damage

  • Clearance / final sale items (if stated on product page)


5) Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue and the packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund according to the case.


6) Refund Conditions

Refunds are approved when:

  • The item passes inspection and meets the eligibility rules

  • The return is accepted by Rest-Go

  • The product is returned in its original condition

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.


7) Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a Rest-Go error (wrong product / damaged / defective), Rest-Go covers the return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer covers all return shipping costs.


8) How to Request a Return / Refund

9) Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
