Welcome to Rest-Go. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, and your purchase of products from Rest-Go (including mattresses, furniture, bedding, and home appliances).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.


1) Definitions

  • “Rest-Go”, “we”, “our”, “us”: Rest-Go store/website

  • “Customer”, “you”: any user or buyer

  • “Products”: items listed for sale (mattresses, furniture, appliances, etc.)

  • “Website”: Rest-Go online store


2) Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian

  • Provide accurate and complete information during checkout


3) Account Registration

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Be responsible for all actions under your account

  • Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs


4) Product Information & Availability

We aim to provide accurate product information, but:

  • Product images are for illustration; actual colors/appearance may vary

  • Specifications, prices, and availability may change without notice

  • Some items may become unavailable after ordering

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will contact you and provide alternatives or a refund.


5) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise

  • Payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (if available)

  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or order acceptance (for COD)

Rest-Go reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment failure.


6) Order Confirmation & Cancellation

After placing an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone/WhatsApp

  • Rest-Go may contact you for verification before shipping

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request cancellation before shipping.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is treated as a return request and may include shipping fees.


7) Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout or via customer support

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, product type, and availability

  • Customer must provide correct delivery address and reachable phone number

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.


8) Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend checking the product upon delivery:

  • If there is visible damage, report it immediately and document it with photos

  • Signing receipt or accepting delivery confirms the product was received (subject to inspection rules)

For mattresses and hygiene products: once opened, they may become non-returnable (see Refund Policy).


9) Warranty & After-Sales Service

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty (if stated on product page).
Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs

For warranty claims, you must provide proof of purchase and product details.


10) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses and certain bedding products may not be returnable after opening or usage.


11) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the website

  • Post false reviews, misleading information, or abusive content

  • Violate intellectual property rights

Rest-Go may suspend access or cancel orders if these Terms are violated.

14) Limitation of Liability

Rest-Go is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Misuse of products

  • Minor differences in color or design due to screen display or batch variation

Our total liability is limited to the order value paid by the customer.
